What does Caby Co actually do?

Caby Co runs ServiceFill, an appointment scheduling system for local service companies. We schedule real, in-person appointments with local businesses that regularly hire cleaning services. We do not sell cleaning services or generic leads.

How long is each walkthrough appointment?

Most appointments take 10 to 20 minutes.
What does an appointment cost?
Appointments are $99.
You are only charged for appointments that take place.

When am I charged?

The $100 appointment fee is charged the morning of the scheduled appointment.
There are no retainers, contracts, or monthly fees.

Do I need to put a card on file?

Yes. A card on file is required before appointments are scheduled.
This allows us to schedule confidently and protects everyone’s time.

What happens if the business cancels or no-shows?

If the business cancels or does not show up, you are not charged.

What happens if I cancel or no-show?

If you cancel late or do not attend a scheduled appointment, the appointment fee is still charged.
We ask all companies to respect the time of the businesses we schedule with.

Are these exclusive appointments?

Yes. Walkthroughs are exclusive.
Businesses may meet with multiple service providers as part of their vendor selection or backup process from other sources.

What happens if you send an appointment at a date and time I can not make?

You have 2 hours from the time of the text sent to decline and appointment. After 2 hours, the commitment and charge will stand.
